As Secretary of the Sales Outlet Manager, it will be your responsibility to run the office in a professional manner. In addition to managing the information and communication flow, you will also be responsible for the smooth handling of administrative and organisational issues. Typical tasks will include preparation of lists and statistics, coordination of schedules as well as preparatory and follow-up activities relating to meetings and events. In this role, you will be the liaison between the management of the sales outlet and the headquarters departments, as well as within the sales outlet.
